What we need
Lime Holistic Health collects basic personal information about you in two ways.  Firstly, from completing a contact form on this website and then a consultation form before your massage treatment.  This may include your name, address, email, date of birth and medical history etc. This GDPR privacy statement deals with this issue.
Why we need it
We need to know this information in order that we can contact you about booking and ensure that all treatments are tailored to your specific needs.  Sometimes a treatment may not be carried out if contra-indications are present and we will require approval from your GP.  We will only collect personal information from you that we need in order to provide and oversee these services.
What we do with it
All the personal data we hold is used for the provision of our service to you. We do not share it with any third party except where the treatment forms part of a wider medical treatment or notes are required for insurance purposes.  Any data will only be shared with your consent.
How long we keep it
Lime Holistic Health is required under UK law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years, after which time it will be destroyed. We will keep the information we use for marketing purposes until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
What we would also like to do with it
We would like to use your name and email address to inform you of our future offers and similar products. Lime Holistic Health does not share this information with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time via phone or email.
What are your rights?
You may request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted if you believe it is incorrect. If you wish to make a complaint on how we have handled your personal information, please contact me directly.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are using your personal information not in accordance with the law.
